We perform organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses. Through continuous monitoring of the hygiene of installations, production rooms, and employees, we ensure safe conditions for manufacturing our products. We deliver products whose quality is confirmed.

Karolina Łapsa

MANAGER OF THE LABORATORY AND QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

At onesano, we create products for people who don't know the word compromise. We passionately make every effort to ensure that our proprietary products meet the highest quality standards.

  • Graduate of the University of Agriculture in Krakow, majoring in Food Technology and Human Nutrition.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Technician.
  • Professional experience gained in food production plants, in the Military Center for Preventive Medicine, in the Food and Water Laboratory, and in the Parasitology Laboratory.
  • 11 years of experience in the feed and food industry, carrying out design tasks related to yeast, probiotics, enzymes, and human dietary supplements. 
  • Currently Head of the Laboratory and Quality Control Department / Quality Management Coordinator. Supervising laboratory work and quality control, knowledge of bioreactor operation, using gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography techniques using post-column derivatization to identify amino acids, B vitamins, fatty acids; supervision over the proper conduct of physicochemical, microbiological and sensory tests of feed products and dietary supplements; research on the pharmaceutical and biological availability of selected yeast biomass formulations; creating and improving HACCP, GMP, GHP books, developing procedures and system instructions, knowledge of the FAMI-QS feed safety system and the FSSC 22000 food safety management system, supervision of key suppliers and service providers.

We are focused on ensuring the highest quality and safety of our products, starting from the selection of raw materials, through all stages of production, until the product is delivered to the customer. For us, quality is a precisely defined level of perfection.

Marlena Kupis

MAIN COORDINATOR OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

  • Chemistry graduate at the University of Łódź.
  • For over 10 years in the area of ​​quality assurance.
  • Experience gained in production companies in Poland and Germany.
  • For the last 7 years, she has been dealing with quality systems in the food and feed sector.
  • Has practical knowledge of GFSI standards and experience in implementing them in the organization.
    She worked with the following standards: Q&S, BIO, Naturland, ECOCERT, kosher, halal.
    Experience/skills: managing quality management system documents, conducting audits, designing technological tests, validation and verification of the HACCP system, handling complaints, analyzing processes in terms of Food Fraud & Food Defense, projects related to: allergen management, MOSH/MOAH – mineral oils in food, the issue of THC in hemp-based products, the use of NIR spectroscopy to analyze food and feed.
