DATA PROTECTION POLICY
- This Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: Policy) is in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: GDPR) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p.1).
- The data controller is ONESANO S.A., with its registered office in Chorzów, ul. Dyrekcyjna 6, 41-506 Chorzów, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000031886 (hereinafter ONESANO S.A.) maintained by the District Court Katowice – East in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register and the Minister of Justice, email address: sklep@skotansa.pl, contact phone number: +48 666 032 133 (standard call charges apply – according to the relevant operator’s price list).
- The personal data controller processes personal data for the purpose of providing electronic services in the form of:
- contact via the contact form available at >https://onesano.pl/
- providing information about the data controller’s activities via email, SMS, and other electronic means.
- Provided personal data is not transferred to a third country/international organization.
- The personal data controller makes every effort to ensure that the data provided by Clients is carefully protected, meaning the data controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, sell data to third parties, or lend data to any third parties (except with the explicit consent of the Client or at the request of authorized state authorities).
- Every person involved in the processing of personal data on behalf of ONESANO S.A. has been instructed and obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data protection. The data controller adheres to and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect the personal data of Clients being processed.
- Providing personal data by the Client is voluntary but necessary to respond and provide all information about the data controller.
- The personal data controller processes personal data on the basis of:
- consent to data processing expressed by the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
- for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
- compliance with a legal obligation to which ONESANO S.A. is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
- legitimate interests pursued by ONESANO S.A. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
- The personal data controller stores personal data of its clients:
- in case of processing personal data for the purpose of providing other information about the data controller’s activities – within one month from the date of withdrawal of consent by the client
- The Client has the right to request from the personal data controller access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction, or transfer, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data by the Client to the personal data controller is necessary to provide any other information about the data controller’s activities.
